What actually works
Real grounds only. We write from the notice and a photo you already have. No invented win rate. Not a law firm.
- Paid session / Green P / Honk / PayByPhone at that time (best case).
- Receipt ID on a fee-not-paid ticket — often 910-4.A(1) vs A(2). Demand the machine record. 10-minute grace is 910-2.C.
- Wrong plate / make / location / date / time.
- Location too vague (for example just NR).
- Pay-by-plate: a dash display is not required (910-4.D).
- Sign photos only if they show a missing or contradictory sign at that spot.
Excuses that do not go in
- Didn’t see the sign.
- Only a minute.
- Hardship with no documents.
- Quota / targeting.
- Broken machine or missing sign — unless it is already on the notice, or a real photo shows it.
Photo tips
- Whole yellow ticket in the frame.
- Notice, plate, date, time, location, code, and comments readable.
- Receipt / machine line sharp.
- Flat, well-lit, no glare, no thumb.
- Optional second shot of the post / sign / machine only if it helps a ground above.
